UFC's Bobby Green calls Donald Cerrone racist, sexist, bully

UFC lightweight Bobby Green was set to face Donald Cerrone before the UFC signed Eddie Alvarez and decided to replace the Bellator champ for Green. Turns out, Green would have especially liked to have gotten his hands on "Cowboy" Cerrone.

According to allegations Green made during an interview Monday with MMA Fighting, Cerrone made racist comments about Green, a well as groped and bullied UFC fans at a UFC Expo. "[Cerrone] just said some racist stuff," Green began.

"He said stuff like, random racist stuff like ?we gotta check him, we gotta check him, you know how black people like to steal.' I'm like ?what the,' and I'm getting hot in front of thousands of people, all these people are here for the signing and they're going 'ohhhh' and 'ooooh' and 'ahhh.'

"His boy [Isaac] Vallie-Flagg [said] ?he had a little bit to drink,' he's like ?let it go,' I'm like ?man, I'm not tripping' and I'm laughing it off like 'hahaha. It's cool.' But inside, the real dude inside of me, we don't let that kind of [expletive] go, you know? I want to get his ass. But at the same time I'm like 'play it cool, don't make waves.'"

The UFC newcomer decided to lay low despite Cerrone's alleged comments in order to not escalate the situation. Later, during an autograph-signing session, Green says he saw Cerrone grope female fans and bully their partners.

"He was groping every woman in his line to do his signing," Green claimed.

"He's groping these women. They've got husbands, they've got fiancees, they've got boyfriends, I'm like, that's messed up man, just because this guy's a nerd and he can't do anything to you, you're going to do this to him. Girlfriend's cute, Donald Cerrone, picks her up, grabs her ass, starts grabbing on there and stuff and he's like 'I'm Donald Cerrone.' I'm like, 'you're going to piss somebody off, you get the wrong person they're going to get pissed.' He's like, 'what are they going to do to me, I'll knock them out.' I'm like what the? This guy's full of himself."

Green is no longer a UFC rookie, having won four straight bouts in the Octagon and eight straight, overall. So, he feels free to say what he thinks of the Greg Jackson/Mike Winkeljohn fighter, based on his alleged behavior at the UFC Expo.

"I liked the guy, I was a fan of him at the time. So I'm actually excited to meet the guy. I'm cool with him, I shake his hand, you know, and he's just been rude as hell," Green concluded.

"He is just the most obnoxious asshole I've ever met."

[VIDEO] Jose Aldo pushes Chad Mendes at media day

All the trash talk and accusations from afar between UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo and challenger Chad Mendes came to head when they came face-to-face Tuesday morning in Brazil to promote their UFC 179 title fight. The two met for a media day at Maracana Stadium and when it was time for them to pose for the cameras while squared up, Aldo got right into Mendes' face and then shoved him away.

People swooped in to get between the two fighters before any more extra-curricular activity could erupt. Great to see the UFC now doing even less to prevent brawls when bringing heated rivals together to promote fights, than they were before.

Does seeing Aldo shove Mendes get you more amped up for their rematch? Let us know in the comments section.

Bellator adds female featherweight division

Bellator MMA has reestablished the women?s division with two top featherweights leading the forefront. New Bellator President Scott Coker has added Marloes Coenen and Julia Budd to the roster to start the next era of the Bellator women?s division.

?We?re incredibly excited to bring in two of the best athletes competing in our sport today,?Coker said.

?We are making a commitment to bring back the female division to Bellator, and feature some of the world?s best in the Bellator cage.?

A former Strikeforce Bantamweight Champion and Remix World Cup Champion, Coenen has recorded a 21-6 professional record with 15 wins coming by submission and 12 in the first round. Ranked as the number two featherweight in the world, Coenen is ready to get back in the cage and put on an explosive performance for the fans in the first female fight under Coker?s reign.

"After fighting professionally for over 15 years, I am honored to be invited into the Bellator cage,? Coenen said.

?Fighting for Bellator brings my spirit back for fighting! It is great to be working together with Scott Coker again as we both have the same vision on fighting. My style is fighting with the objective to knock my opponent out or to submit her. That is exactly what I am planning to do the very first second I step into the Bellator cage.?

Budd joins Bellator riding a four-fight win streak and is currently ranked as the number three featherweight in the world. Having previously fought for Strikeforce and Invicta, the Canadian striker is known for her strong Muay Thai background and is looking for a strong finish in her return to the bright lights.

?I?m ecstatic about the opportunity that Bellator is giving the 145 female division and I?m especially excited to be one of the first females to fight for Scott Coker under the Bellator banner,? Budd said.

?This gives me the opportunity to showcase my skills as one of the best fighters in the world on one of the biggest stages in the world.?

Coenen and Budd are scheduled to square off later this year inside the Bellator cage live on Spike TV. What other female fighters do you want to see in the Bellator cage?

Vitor Belfort: 'Chris Weidman would be crazy to stand with me'

Lyoto Machida may think that UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman can successfully stand and strike with challenger Vitor Belfort but "The Phenom" himself believes he'll have the clear advantage there when they fight at UFC 181."He will fight standing against me only if he's crazy," Belfort said in a recent interview.

Belfort, who once won a UFC heavyweight tournament and then, later, won the UFC light heavyweight title from Randy Couture after a glove-edge from a missed punch sliced an eye lid of "The Natural," believes that he'll be considered a true three-division champion should he beat Weidman. And, while many fighters often say they simply concentrate on themselves during training camps, Belfort says he's training to specifically exploit perceived weaknesses in the champ.

"I'm ready to have a third world title at a third different weight class," Belfort said.

"I see a lot of openings from him and I'm studying this game since last year. I'm not focusing in his strengths but in his weaknesses and we saw that he has a lot."
