You want to see this flying armbar (Video)

The flying arm bar is one of those submissions that happens so quickly, that you need to look twice to realize what happened. Skip to the 1:10 mark in this video and you'll see Oliver Fontaine pull it off at the Lyon Fighting Championship in France. And you have to feel for his opponent, Sofian Benchohra, who never saw the arm bar coming. With a record of 4-7-1, he hasn't won a fight since October of 2010.

Thanks, MMA Fighting.

What you need to know from ?The Ultimate Fighter?

The latest season of "The Ultimate Fighter" is down to its last two episodes. With two quarterfinal fights, we find out who is a step closer to winning the show.

Will this fight happen? Bubba McDaniel isn't feeling well after so many fights in such a short time. He's feeling back and kidney pain, and is supposed to fight Uriah Hall. The fight may be in jeopardy as McDaniel goes to get his bloodwork done. But before we find out the result of his bloodwork, there's a quarterfinal fight.

Jimmy Quinlan (Team Sonnen) vs. Josh Samman (Team Jones)

It took only one round for Samman to get the win. Samman landed huge strikes from the get-go, and Quinlan played to his strengths and went for a huge takedown. It didn't matter. Samman took top position and landed all kind of strikes until the bout was stopped. UFC president Dana White called Samman "for real."

Also real? McDaniel's test results. He was cleared to fight. The fight with Hall is on, and the fighters in the house can't help but wonder if this fight will end just as Hall's last fight ended.

"I don't care if you're a vet who has heard 30 fights. You see your teammate get a spinning kick to the face at that velocity, it's going to make you think, [expletive]. I don't want that to happen to me."

Luke Barnatt's words capture the feeling of most of the fighters going into the final quarterfinal fight. At the weigh-in, McDaniel jokingly covers his face with his hands during the face-off. McDaniel's coach, Jon Jones, said it left a bad taste in his mouth.

Bubba McDaniel (Team Jones) vs. Uriah Hall (Team Sonnen)

Oh wow. Hall took less than 9 seconds to knock out McDaniel. When McDaniel comes to, he asks what happened. A knee to the body and a fast right straight to the eye not only knocked McDaniel out, but sent him out an ambulance. That's the second straight Hall opponent who got a trip to the emergency room.

After the win, Hall was given plenty of kudos.

"You're a contender for the title. I spent five years in that weight class. You're a contender," Chael Sonnen said to Hall in the cage after the fight. White was no less impressed.

"The way that this guy knocks people out, you don't even want to clap. You feel bad clapping," White said.

Now, it's down to just four fighters. White announced the semifinal match-ups:

Josh Samman vs. Kelvin Gastellum
Uriah Hall vs. Dylan Andrews

This sets up Team Jones vs. Team Sonnen in both semifinal matches. The bouts will air next Tuesday, setting up the live finale on April 13.

Nick Diaz says his UFC 158 opponent Georges St-Pierre is on ?plenty of steroids?

Nick Diaz is not known for holding his tongue. Just days before he gets a shot at the UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre, Diaz let his true feelings on GSP be known. While on a Toronto radio show, Diaz said he thinks St-Pierre uses steroids.

"I believe that he's on plenty of steroids and I don't believe they've tested him as well," Diaz said. "I don't care what they're saying or marketing to the media. I don't think either of us are going to be tested. ... I doubt they're standing over him, making sure he's not on steroids."

Diaz has tested positive twice for marijuana, which is a banned substance. He is coming off of a suspension for testing positive, and has been warned that he may be released by the UFC if he tests positive again. St-Pierre hasn't tested positive in his career of more than 10 years.

But Diaz is far from the only person who has criticized the UFC's handling of drug tests. Victor Conte, the head of BALCO, has said the UFC doesn't do enough to keep performance-enhancing drugs out of the sport. The head of the United States Anti-Doping Association has also questioned the UFC's drug testing.

Though drug testing and regulation is often handled by the UFC for international fights, this weekend's bouts in Montreal will be regulated by the commission in Quebec.

Anthony Johnson wins at heavyweight and Josh Burkman scores a KO at World Series of Fighting 2

Breaking sports news video. MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL highlights and more.

At the World Series of Fighting's second show on Saturday, one-time UFC welterweight won over one-time UFC heavyweight champ Andrei Arlovski. As seen in the highlights above, Johnson had Arlovski hobbled at the end of the first round, but Arlovski was saved by the bell. Arlovski's jaw was reportedly broken in the bout that was Johnson's first fight at heavyweight.

As a welterweight who was bigger than other 170 lbers in the UFC, he struggled with his weight cut and missed weight three times. He moved to light heavyweight last August, and now won his heavyweight debut.

In other WSOF action, Marlon Moraes won his fourth straight by knocking out Tyson Nam with a headkick. Paulo Filho, the troubled one-time WEC champ, dropped a decision to Dave Branch.

Josh Burkman knocked out Aaron Simpson in the first round. After the fight, he said the win earned him a title shot, but questioned if one-time UFC title contender Jon Fitch had earned the WSOF title shot against him.
